The Kitchen @ Stallcombe

In the Kitchen at Stallcombe House we have a four weekly menu, created by our Kitchen Manager Adam with input from the people we support and their key workers. The menu is designed to meet both the dietary and nutritional requirements of the people we support as well as offering variety, choice and introducing new flavours and interest.

We aim to use as much fresh produce grown on site as possible, we are very fortunate that the estates team are able to support the residents in our gardens to grow, harvest and prepare lots of fresh vegetables, fruit and herbs that can then be used in our kitchen.

The people we support are encouraged to join in with preparation in the kitchen and gardens, helping to prepare fruit and veg from our gardens.

Where possible Stallcombe Community choose to work with local growers and suppliers, helping to reduce our field to fork miles and ensuring that the people we support receive high quality, fresh produce in their diets.
