Weekend Support Worker

Our ideal candidate will be a resilient and reliable individual who is able to support our residents in all aspects of their daily routines, providing support for them to achieve their aspirations and encouraging them to achieve their full potential.

​

You will enable the people we support to attend appointments, carry out essential living skills, partipipate in comunity activites and maintain contact with their families and friends. You will also enable the people we support with their personal care routines whilst respecting their dignity, privacy and promoting independence.

​

We are looking for candidates who may have previous experience of working with people with Autisim and Learning Disabilities, however if you are looking for a rewarding career change we welcome applications from candidates who want to work within a diverse and rewarding role. We offer full training as well as opportunities for on-going learning and development.

​

You should be able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team, be self-motivated & patient.

​

We have various shift patterns available, we offer a two week rolling rota so you will be able to plan your time outside of work. 

​

This role is flexible- we are looking Support Workers to work 14.5 hour shifts worked on one day or 14-16 hours worked across two weekend days. 

​

There may be additional hours available during the week. 

​

  • £12.20 per hour

  • 32 days annual leave, pro rata
