Stallcombe Community Values
Stallcombe Community values were created in the summer of 2022, with ideas gathered from the people we support, families and staff members. We asked what Stallcombe means to people and combined these ideas to create our values.

providing a safe environment for the People we Support to live and for our staff to work.

clear communication with the People we Support, Staff, Families, Trustees, and External agencies.

demonstrating transparency across policies, procedures, and future plans.

sharing information in a sensitive manner, listening to feedback and being honest with each other.

enabling the People we Support to achieve their aspirations and supporting staff to achieve their ambitions.
Making connections
within our local community.

always listen to each other and treat each other with respect.

creating an environment that enriches the lives of the People we Support, offering person centred activities, choice, and outstanding care.

be open to new learning opportunities and share our skills and knowledge with each other.
