Stallcombe Community want to support the staff team, in 2022 two staff members attended the St Johns Ambulance Mental Health First Aid in the workplace training sessions to become our first Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA’s) in Spring 2023 two more staff completed the training with St Johns Ambulance meaning we now have four MHFA’s across the site.

The role of MHFA is to listen, support and signpost their colleagues when they need support with their mental health.
